Personal Line Account Manager
Interactive Resources - iR is seeking a highly organized and client-focused insurance professional to manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts. The role involves assisting clients with policy updates, renewals, and coverage adjustments while ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with producers and team members to maintain seamless client service
Review client policies to identify opportunities for improved coverage or cost savings
Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
Provide re-quoting and support for remarketing personal insurance lines
Handle client inquiries and respond promptly to requests regarding coverage and account details
Qualification
Required
Completed secondary education or something equivalent
Two or more years working specifically with personal lines insurance
Holds an active Florida 220 or 2044 license (or reciprocal if out of state)
Experience navigating agency management software like AMS360 or similar tools
Comfortable drafting communications and speaking clearly to clients and colleagues
Familiar with Outlook and spreadsheet software for daily workflow
Strong ability to organize tasks, manage time independently, and meet deadlines
Works well in teams and able to coordinate with different roles across the organization
Eligible to work in the United States without needing sponsorship
Preferred
Spanish-speaking skills are advantageous but not mandatory
