Aramco is a global energy company headquartered in Saudi Arabia, seeking a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst to join their Corporate Academy Development Division. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs to support the professional growth and technical development of employees, while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify learning needs and assess training impacts.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and evaluate instructional programs, courses, and workshops that address the professional development and/or technical needs of employees

Conduct needs assessments and data-driven analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement

Translate training needs into clear learning objectives

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop curriculum, learning objectives, and assessment strategies

Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of delivery methods, including online, instructor-led, and blended learning

Pilot training programs to validate that the instructional solutions align with defined learning objectives

Develop and implement evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness of programs and courses

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and adult learning

Provide recommendations for improving existing programs and courses, and develop strategies for scaling and sustaining successful initiatives

Conduct research and analysis to develop reports and proposals for future training programs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning, Design, or Technology from a recognized and approved program

Demonstrate working proficiency with industry standard authoring tools (e.g. – Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to design and develop interactive learning content

5-7 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation, within a large corporate setting

Strong background in the application of adult learning theory

Experience with instructional design models (ADDIE and SAM), adult learning theory, and program evaluation methodologies

Demonstrate strong project management and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred

A Master's degree, and additional certifications such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, or instructional design
