7+ years expPTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to consult on complex business and technical needs across Product Management, delivering innovative solutions and engaging with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features
Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness
Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met
Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track
Lead team meetings as needed to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues
Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders
Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment
Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables
Qualification
Required
7 years of Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience with CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies with 4 years of experience
Experience in Business Requirements & Test Strategy (3 years)
Strong problem-solving skills with 2 years of experience in complex problem-solving
Decent technical acumen and a history in technically complex organizations
