Responsibilities

Develop and oversee annual budgets to align with organizational goals
Manage cash flows to ensure liquidity and optimize financial performance
Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports to provide insights into financial performance
Collaborate with various departments to support strategic planning and decision-making
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Provide financial expertise and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proven ability to support organizational growth through strategic financial planning and management
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
