Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end commercial member enrollment operations
Manage and mentor large teams (60+ employees) including team leads
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in enrollment processing
Handle 1st and 2nd level escalations, including complex member and client issues
Drive process improvements, productivity, and quality initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Analyze operational metrics and implement corrective actions
Lead change management initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in US healthcare payer operations
Strong expertise in commercial member enrollment
5–7 years in people management roles (Senior Team Lead / Manager)
Proven experience managing large teams (60+ staff)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
