Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Conduct stakeholder interviews, JAD sessions, and process walkthroughs
Develop BRDs, FRDs, SRDs, data mapping documents, and traceability matrices
Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and IT teams to translate requirements
Prepare test cases, support testing efforts, and assist in issue resolution
Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and risks
Support project planning, monitoring, variance analysis, and end-user training
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Experience with BA methodologies: Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Waterfall
Proficiency in tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro
Data analysis skills: SQL, Power BI, Tableau
Experience with testing tools: ALM, TestRail, Zephyr
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, RTM, RAID, RACI, Data Dictionary, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications: B.Tech / BBA / MBA
