The United States Tennis Association (USTA) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis, dedicated to promoting and developing tennis across the United States. The Pro Circuit intern will support the planning and execution of the US Open and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations during tournament events.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and preparation for the US Open, including updating and maintaining the Tournament Director’s Guide with up-to-date information and procedures

Provide administrative support to the US Open Wheelchair Tournament staff, helping with event logistics and ensuring smooth operations for participants and staff

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all event components are aligned and executed effectively

Assist with the preparation of materials, including schedules, event guides, and communications for tournament staff, participants, and volunteers

Help with the coordination of logistics for tournament events, ensuring all operational aspects are in place for a seamless experience
