Responsibilities
Conducting a comprehensive review of existing documentation and update materials as needed to improve clarity and accuracy
Identifying and documenting repeatable processes that are currently undocumented ensuring all critical information is captured and organized
Developing a structured knowledge base to support team efficiency and long-term accessibility of information
Collaborating with team members to validate process documentation and promote best practices
Designing, administering, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint libraries and pages to serve as the central repository for process documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical writing, particularly in documenting processes and workflows
Ability to conduct comprehensive reviews of existing documentation
Skills in enhancing clarity and accuracy of technical documents
Experience in identifying and documenting repeatable processes
Ability to develop structured knowledge bases
Strong collaboration skills to work with team members
Experience in designing, administering, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint libraries and pages
