Senior Consultant
Responsibilities
Deliver analytical work using models, spreadsheets, and research to support client decisions
Lead defined project workstreams and manage tasks end to end
Develop written content for reports, memos, and presentations
Present findings to clients and respond to technical and strategic questions
Conduct independent research and form defensible assumptions with incomplete data
Apply quality assurance standards to analyses and deliverables
Improve and maintain analytical tools and models
Translate technical outputs into clear visuals and narratives
Support proposal development and internal initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or PhD in engineering, economics, computer science, public policy, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in energy, climate, or adjacent analytical fields
Demonstrated experience in areas such as energy systems, markets, electrification, or infrastructure planning
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven project ownership, time management, and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Commitment to the transition to a low-carbon economy
Preferred
Programming experience is a plus
