The role involves guiding the design, consolidation, and optimization of the customer’s Dynamics 365 CE and data platform landscape while providing hands-on technical leadership and strategic direction.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Customer Insights
Drive consolidation from multiple marketing platforms into Customer Insights
Provide hands-on expertise across D365 CE configuration, optimisation, and clean-up
Own and govern Dataverse architecture, data modelling, and best practices
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams
Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices, performance, and security standards
Support reporting and insights using Power BI
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Architect
Strong, hands-on expertise with Dataverse
Strong, hands-on expertise with Power BI
Experience designing and delivering Customer Insights solutions
Background working in complex enterprise environments (telecoms experience highly desirable)
Ability to operate confidently at both strategic and delivery levels
Must be a US Citizen
