Ability to follow schedules while accurately documenting actions, time spent, and outstanding tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures
Build and maintain our knowledge base with technical information, procedures, reference materials, and user guides
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in compliance with operational objectives and standard operating procedures
Respond to client support requests promptly with clear communication and attention to detail
Escalate issues outside your expertise quickly to ensure timely resolution
Implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues
Conduct routine client visits to strengthen relationships and complete assigned tasks
Advise clients on best practices and help align them with industry standards
Collaborate with other teams to provide requested information and assistance
Participate in an on-call rotation to handle after-hours alerts and support requests
Qualification
Required
3+ years in customer service delivering professional, courteous support
4+ years of technical experience installing and servicing computer equipment in MSP environment
CompTIA A+ (or equivalent hardware experience)
CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent networking experience)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent experience managing Office 365 and Microsoft products)
Preferred
