Responsibilities
Assist in formation and development of construction drawings and specifications for public and private clientele
Perform fieldwork to investigate, measure, take photos, and document existing conditions
Perform calculations, analyze data, and generate decision matrices to support design objectives
Computer drafting and design using AutoCAD
Client interaction and teamwork with other Project Team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or other related discipline
5-10 years of experience in a consulting environment
Expertise in AutoCAD and good experience with MS Office Suite
Strong interest in detail development for a wide array of projects having challenging conditions
Preferred
Experience with municipalities and other government agencies is a plus
