Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles, from intake through offer negotiation and close

Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing market insights, calibrating on talent profiles, and influencing hiring decisions

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in competitive talent markets

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our employer brand and values

Use data to inform your approach—tracking pipeline health, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving outcomes

Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing that elevate our collective capabilities

Partner with our Employer Brand and TA Operations colleagues to amplify reach and efficiency

Required

5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with meaningful time recruiting in technology, digital product, data/analytics, or related disciplines

5+ years experience filling complex, senior-level roles in the Technology field or sector

5+ years experience translating corporate priorities into candidate requirements for hire

5+ years experience using recruitment data to develop strategy for niche and challenging roles

5+ years experience leading recruitment project and process improvements
