Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for high-visibility initiatives, including CEO/EVP communications, leadership meetings, employee town halls, and major internal events
Build and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams—keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables tightly aligned
Serve as the connective tissue across communications, events, creative, operations, and executive offices
Anticipate risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure every detail lands with precision—often under tight timelines
Lead planning and execution for flagship internal events that inform, inspire, and connect employees
Partner with content, design, and communications teams to deliver clear, compelling, and engaging messaging
Manage logistics for virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences, ensuring smooth execution and strong audience engagement

Required

8+ years of experience in program management, communications, or a related field—ideally in large, complex organizations
Proven success delivering high-stakes, high-visibility programs with senior leaders
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without losing momentum
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
Confidence working with executives and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
A proactive, adaptable mindset—you're energized by change and ambiguity
Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve

Preferred

Experience with tools such as Wrike, Slack, Zoom, Eloqua, or similar platforms
