Responsibilities
Designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems
Developing high-performance APIs that power AI-driven workflows
Owning data storage, retrieval, and processing pipelines (Postgres, Redis, etc.)
Partnering with AI engineers to integrate ML and agent-based systems into production
Qualification
Required
4+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience (In Python, Rust or Golang)
Experience deploying production systems on AWS (ECS or Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, object storage (e.g. S3), and distributed systems
Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog)
Preferred
Experience with agentic AI, observability platforms, or AI-powered products
Background in large-scale, data-intensive systems
Exposure to LLM-based or AI-first architectures
