Business Development Specialist
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities in both local and international markets
Pitch and present Havit Growth’s services — marketing, branding, web & app development, and creative solutions — to potential clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and partners
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and project handover
Achieve sales targets through strategic outreach, networking, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in marketing, software, or creative industries)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of B2B and partnership-based models
Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-based setup
