Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years as a BA
Minimum 7 years in documentation (NOT managing someone in documentation but instead actually doing the documentation themselves)
6+ years in requirement elicitation
Experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies-- More waterfall than agile
5/6+ years with repository tools
Preferred
Azure DevOps (preferred experience), but others would work
