Operations Client Service, AVP

The Client Service Assistant Vice President serves as the key contact for asset manager clients, ensuring positive engagement through daily account servicing, issue resolution, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
Daily servicing of the account, SLA requirements etc
New services and/or changes to service and associated billing adjustments
Escalation of service Issues and/or performance concerns
Coordinating Standard KPI and Service Level Meetings
Acting as the client’s sponsor when working with internal State Street teams
Query resolution
Periodic compliance processes including Year End co-ordination, AML reviews, FTOP reviews etc
Qualification
Required
Client facing role experience
Experience in daily servicing of accounts
Knowledge of SLA requirements
Ability to manage new services and/or changes to service and associated billing adjustments
Experience in escalation of service issues and/or performance concerns
Ability to coordinate Standard KPI and Service Level Meetings
Experience acting as a client sponsor when working with internal teams
Strong query resolution skills
Experience with periodic compliance processes including Year End coordination, AML reviews, FTOP reviews
