Responsibilities
Monitoring and tracking inventory levels in warehouses and distribution centers
Ensuring accurate inventory records and cycle count
Performing inventory audits and discrepancies analysis
Working with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline inventory processes
Weekly & monthly review and monitor for the inventory level and perform inventory analysis that includes inventory adjustment in the PLEX system, which are properly approved, and follow up with unexplained inventory discrepancies
Work with the Inventory Coordinator for both AEM plants and the El Paso warehouse to confirm the physical inventory on hand
Preparing reports for weekly inventory by the location and inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics for monthly
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3 yrs of hands-on inventory analysis experience is a must and Automotive OEM is a must
Understanding and communicating in Spanish is a must
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Supply Chain Management
3 – 5 years of related work experience, preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to use a wide variety of software
Detail-oriented and multi-tasking ability
Ability to work independently with practical organizational skills
Preferred
Multi-Plant experience Plus
Project Management Software experience preferred (Microsoft, Smart Sheet, etc.)
Spanish-speaking is a plus as an inventory analyst needs to work closely with plants based in Juarez, Mexico
