We are seeking a Senior Zoho Platform Engineer to become a core member of our delivery team, responsible for technical architecture, data integrity, and system integrations across Zoho apps and external platforms.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement solutions across Zoho One, including but not limited to Books, CRM, Creator, Desk, and Analytics

Design and maintain Deluge-based business logic and automation

Build and operate API integrations between Zoho and external systems

Lead data migrations, opening balances, and financial reconciliations

Design and maintain Zoho Analytics data models, joins, and dashboards

Create and manage Analytics data pipelines

Develop and maintain middleware, ETL jobs, and background services

Utilize Sandboxes to review, test, and safely deploy changes into production systems

Participate in technical client calls, particularly for data, automation, and reporting topics
