Responsibilities

Support the agency’s efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers

Serve as a key communications link, keeping production teams informed about carrier developments and performance

Manage carrier contracts, appointments, and help coordinate carrier resources for training and special projects

Required

Ability to manage carrier relationships and communications effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to maintain databases and licensing records

Detail orientation and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks

Experience reviewing and managing insurance carrier contracts and appointment obligations

Preferred

Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire

Knowledge of the insurance industry

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
