Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for pre- and post-validation of IT equipment during a large-scale switch upgrade
Handle incoming service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation of issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth progress and implementation of IT infrastructure changes
Utilize Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 10 to address and resolve user-related concerns
Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions to enhance support efficiency
Communicate with end-users effectively, providing guidance and support to resolve technical challenges
Conduct quality checks on IT equipment to ensure compliance with upgrade requirements
Work closely with team leads to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Identify potential risks or issues during the upgrade process and propose solutions
Support a rotating schedule to ensure consistent coverage and support throughout the project timeline

Required

Proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 10
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with service desk ticketing systems
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to rotating schedules

Preferred

Prior experience in call center environments is a plus
