Responsibilities

Own recurring KPI management for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline creation
Develop BDRs through ongoing 1:1 coaching, live-call feedback, pitch practice and structured growth plan
Collaborate on strategy and execution of outbound messaging, ICP segmentation, and multichannel cadences
Ensure the team maintains operational excellence in Salesforce and outbound tools, with clean data and activity logs
Bring insights from team conversations back to sales and marketing to refine positioning, vertical targeting, and strategy
Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought

Qualification

Required

At least 5+ years of experience managing or mentoring high-performing BDR or SDR teams, preferably in a growth-stage environment
Strong coaching skills with a proven ability to level up early-career reps through consistent support and accountability
Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and tools like Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft to monitor and guide performance
A data-driven mindset and ability to translate activity trends into clear coaching moments or process adjustments
Experience or strong interest in fintech, or direct-to-consumer sectors, with a feel for the buyer journey
Hands-on experience experimenting with and adopting AI tools to streamline and accelerate your work
