The role involves auditing work orders, documenting missed steps, and preparing accountability reports impacting payroll.

Responsibilities
Review 100% of completed work orders from initiation to close-out
Verify that each stage of the work order was completed exactly according to protocol
Ensure all required documentation, checklists, timestamps, photos, signatures, and approvals are present
Confirm accuracy of reported labor time, materials used, and service completion
Maintain full working knowledge of all company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
Ensure every staff member involved in a work order followed their assigned responsibilities
Identify deviations, omissions, shortcuts, or non-compliance
Apply standards consistently with zero favoritism or bias
Create a Quality Control Report for each audited work order, including: Work order number and date, Staff members involved, Protocol(s) missed or violated, Clear explanation of what was missed, Assigned responsibility, Recommended time or pay deduction per company policy
Maintain organized digital and/or physical records of all QC reports
Submit weekly summaries to management prior to payroll processing
Calculate time or pay deductions based on: Missed steps, Incomplete documentation, Failure to follow procedure, Rework or corrective action required
Ensure deductions are accurate, documented, and policy-compliant
Coordinate with payroll or management to ensure proper implementation
Identify recurring issues or patterns of non-compliance
Provide recommendations to management for: Process improvements, Training needs, Policy clarifications, Disciplinary actions
Assist in updating SOPs to eliminate ambiguity or inefficiencies

Experience reviewing work orders, job tickets, or operational workflows
