Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing structures
Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies
Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM or sales tools
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of booked business
Attend sales meetings, site tours, trade shows, and networking events as needed
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership
Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting
Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
Fosters a positive work environment
Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars
Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date
Must have TAM card up to date
Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants
Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
Vast product knowledge
Must be on property
Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership
Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date
Must have TAM card up to date
