Responsibilities
Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements
Perform structural and non-structural body repairs
Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels and parts
Straighten frames and unibody structures using frame machines
Weld, cut, grind, and reshape metal and plastic components
Apply fillers, sand surfaces, and prepare vehicles for painting
Reinstall repaired or replaced parts accurately
Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Work closely with estimators, painters, and insurance adjusters
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Collision Auto Body Technician
Knowledge of auto body repair tools and equipment
Ability to read repair estimates and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and handle heavy components
Preferred
Experience with welding techniques (MIG/TIG preferred)
