They are seeking a B2B Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive growth by cultivating deep partnerships, optimizing performance strategies, and ensuring exceptional service for key B2B accounts.

Responsibilities
Serve as the ultimate business owner for a portfolio of key B2B accounts
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, leading executive-level communication and ensuring partner success aligns with LifeStation's growth objectives
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify macro-trends, and proactively develop and implement strategies to maximize adoption, address structural challenges, and drive superior outcomes for both the partner and LifeStation
Act as the cross-functional project leader, orchestrating seamless collaboration across Sales, Partner Operations, Product, and Technology teams to resolve major issues and advocate for product enhancements based on partner needs
Drive the advanced adoption and utilization of our LifeStation Partner Portal and tools, leading high-impact training sessions and ensuring our partners can effectively scale their programs
Deliver an exceptional, proactive service experience that anticipates partner needs, manages complex expectations, and solidifies LifeStation’s reputation as the gold standard in partner support
Qualification
Required
7+ years of demonstrable success in Senior Account Management or Customer Success, specifically within a B2B, healthcare, or technology setting
Bachelor's degree required
Proven analytical and strategic problem-solving skills —the ability to not just report data, but to derive actionable business insights from it
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
A track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-speed environment with minimal supervision
A highly proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on building resilient, long-term partnerships
Preferred
Experience managing large MCO, PACE, or governmental accounts is a significant advantage
