Responsibilities

Conduct a high volume of prospecting for qualified leads
Work closely and collaboratively with marketing and field sales representatives
Aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound campaigns using telephone, email, and the web
Schedule meetings for sales representatives and attend conference calls as required
Consistently log all sales-related activity in Salesforce and report progress weekly
Hunting and gathering: Business Development Reps must be able to effectively manage leads from multiple sources
Actively participate in process improvements with peers and team leaders

Required

An Associates or Bachelors degree in a business-related program
2+ years of sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
Experience meeting and exceeding measurable performance goals
The technical aptitude to master our CRM tool, Salesforce and any implemented technology for BDR team
An energetic self-starter willing to make outbound cold and warm sales calls, research for lead generation, and make numerous follow-up calls
Must demonstrate competence in handling objections through superior interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid writing skills
Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement

Preferred

Experience within a quota-driven environment is a plus
