Responsibilities

Own 150+ renewals per quarter from end-to-end
Exceed sales targets
Work cross-functionally, especially with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives, to strategically solve problems, upsell, and ensure a successful, smooth renewal
Proactively identify and contribute to material improvements in how the team functions
Contribute to an exceptional team environment that motivates the team to perform at its best
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Required

2+ years of full cycle closing sales experience, ideally working with mid-sized businesses in a high transaction environment
A track record of consistent quota over-achievement
Comfort with a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
Empathy for customers and team members
Highly organized
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with Salesforce
