The DevOps Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, utilizing Terraform and GitHub for CI/CD workflows to support application deployments and ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration
Maintain Infrastructure as Code repositories and enforce best practices for version control and modular design
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, test and deployment process for applications and infrastructure
Integrate automated testing, security scans, and deployment strategies into pipelines
Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain Angular and Python web applications on Azure App Services
Optimize application hosting environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure and applications using Azure Monitor and related tools
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues promptly
Implement security best practices for Azure resources, including identity management, network security, and data protection
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a DevOps Infrastructure engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of the Azure cloud platform
Experience with cloud architecture frameworks and best practices
Proven experience in Azure cloud infrastructure design and management
Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise for general administration, source control and CI/CD automation
Familiarity with Angular and Python application deployment in Azure
Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity management in Azure cloud environments
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, YAML or Python
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect)
Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop architecture and management
Strong knowledge of AWS, and Google Cloud platforms
Experience with Serverless, containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/AKS)
