Responsibilities
You will interact with Engineering and perform QAs to ensure quality while showing the ability to challenge design limitations. You’ll also produce visual designs and mentor others on their creation
You will create wireframes, journey maps, and other elements to support interaction design. You’ll also begin to lead product UX improvements by creating interaction models while acting as a liaison between users and products
You will communicate with cross-disciplinary teams across all stages of design and development. You will also tell a compelling, convincing product story to a specific audience
You will work with creative team members, program managers, and developers to define product features. You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver product design results while also providing guidance to product designers

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)
