Litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters
Including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, taking and defending depositions, and written discovery experience
Substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of litigation experience
