Confidential is a food service management company currently seeking a Meal Card Program Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the meal card program system, providing training and technical support to users, and serving as the main contact for the Meal Card Program.

Responsibilities

Oversee management and maintenance of the database

Provide training and technical support to database users, including creating tutorial documents, and troubleshooting database issues

Run reports as needed

Coordinate end of year and beginning of year functions

Work with client representatives for collection of data

Work with parents to help answer their questions

All other duties as assigned

Required

Demonstrated understanding of computer programs

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with colleagues and client representatives, and effectively represent company to outside professionals

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of organizing tasks, timelines, and communications among diverse teams to achieve shared goals
