HR Compliance
Vaco by Highspring is partnering with a client seeking a highly detail-oriented HR Compliance Specialist to support a high-volume I-9 and work authorization project. This role involves auditing and validating I-9 forms, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with HR and Compliance teams to ensure federal compliance.
Responsibilities
Audit and validate I?9 forms and work authorization documents
Identify missing or inaccurate documentation and take corrective action
Maintain accurate records and ensure federal compliance
Work heavily within Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filters) to analyze and reconcile data
Collaborate with HR and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years of HR experience, specifically with I-9s and employment eligibility
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tedious, high-volume tasks
Experience with large data sets
Must work onsite
Preferred
Workday or PeopleSoft experience is a strong plus
