Responsibilities

Audit an existing web and database application against a defined checklist and best-practice standards
Redesign database schemas and optimize application and query performance
Merge and migrate large datasets with high accuracy, governance, and control
Update application components and APIs to align with new business rules
Design and build no-code/low-code workflows in PMG, including forms, approvals, and system integrations
Deliver secure, well-documented, and thoroughly tested releases
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

Qualification

Relational databasesWeb application stacksData modelingWorkflow automation platformsSystems modernization

Required

6–10+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Strong experience with modern web application stacks (e.g., .NET, Java, Node.js, React, or similar)
Proven expertise in data modelling, indexing strategies, and data migration best practices
Experience auditing systems and improving performance and scalability
Experience with PMG or comparable workflow automation / low-code platforms
Background in systems modernization or enterprise application optimization
