Responsibilities
Lead printer administration and management across the organization
Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality
Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure
Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques
Create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality
Qualification
Required
Deep technical expertise in printer administration
Experience with OKTA and OKTA Advanced Server Access (ASA)
Ability to manage enterprise-wide installations, updates, and upgrades
Knowledge of robust security protocols in the Okta environment
Experience in managing Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality
Ability to execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure
Implementation and maintenance of advanced system security methods and techniques
Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
