Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Confidently inquire into and verify customer needs, then present tailored solutions
Coordinate with a Carrier Account Representative to ensure smooth, satisfying service delivery
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets by executing effective sales strategies
Make 100+ outbound calls each day to find, close, and build relationships with shippers; negotiate terms and work with our team on the management of daily shipments
Qualification
Required
You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in logistics or similar)
You're punctual (work starts at 7:00 A.M. on-site)
You bring a strong sense of urgency, drive, and the discipline to out-work anyone you know
You're coachable and eager to learn
You have excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-service skills
You're highly organized, possess excellent time-management skills, and are obsessed with delivering results and maintaining order
You're used to meeting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced sales setting
Preferred
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
