Responsibilities
Lead and optimize regional operations across new construction, retrofit, and service divisions
Drive execution excellence to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
Manage regional P&L, revenue growth, margin performance, backlog health, and forecasting accuracy
Strengthen project controls, risk management, resource planning, and operational efficiencies
Support preconstruction, estimating, engineering, and value-engineering efforts
Promote innovation through prefabrication, BIM/VDC, technology adoption, and process standardization
Build and develop high-performing teams; oversee workforce planning, leadership development, and talent retention
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development and pursuit strategy
Ensure compliance, safety leadership, quality standards, and operational governance across the region
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership in mechanical contracting or large commercial construction operations
Proven leadership overseeing multi-disciplinary teams across construction and service businesses
Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial/operational acumen
Deep understanding of HVAC/R, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems delivery
Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to drive accountability and performance
Knowledge of regional market dynamics; ability to maintain strong field and client engagement
Preferred
Experience supporting complex Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher Education environments preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related)
