Responsibilities

Manage global licensee relationships from initial prospecting, to deal negotiation and partner management
Synthesize deal concepts into term sheets and contracts, working with legal to draft agreements and operations teams to manage deal tracking, royalty performance, and quarterly reporting
Deliver ongoing category analysis, partner performance insights, and strategic recommendations to optimize portfolio growth
Collaborate with XFN team on industry trends
Identify and develop new content opportunities, business models, and growth strategies based on industry trends

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience in licensing and content acquisition, specifically within the Education/Learning space
Experience with consumer and enterprise products
BA/BS degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred

Proven success managing multiple high-profile partners and priorities with precision, diplomacy, and accountability
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
Clear and persuasive communication style that is collaborative, proactive, and solution driven
A resourceful, level-headed problem solver who thrives under pressure and takes ownership from start to finish
