Responsibilities
Provide on-site desktop support for all hardware in the manufacturing plant
Set up, configure, install, and maintain end users' desktop computers and peripherals (production line and office)
Offer technical support for computers, phones, and printers for production and office personnel
Implement and maintain network servers, including Active Directory accounts
Perform break/fix support for network, server, and end-user devices
Provide support for industrial printers
Manage and track hardware inventory and e-waste
Support Windows 10 environments
Maintain mobile RF devices and workstation PCs
Perform other duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required

Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions quickly
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize numerous critical tasks
Adaptability to a fast-paced and demanding workload
Operation of personal computer equipment
Occasional stooping, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for installation or maintenance of network devices and cabling
Ability to climb ladders to reset wireless access points
Comfortable climbing built-in ladders (up to 20–25 feet) to access catwalks and mezzanines while carrying hardware
