Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision is responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of computer applications
This includes, interfacing with departments to understand complex business requirements and develop solutions using information technology and systems, develops new and maintains existing applications, reports, and procedures, develops and conducts training programs for applications and system query and reporting tools, and provides direction and support to fellow programmers as needed
Advanced programming skills developing applications utilizing Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL server including the development of stored procedures
Experience developing reports using reporting tools like Pentaho, Ghostdraft and/or Crystal Reports
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Windows, and the Internet
Understanding of PC hardware and network operating systems
Knowledge of OnBase configuration management and workflow development
Ability to communicate well with end users and offer solutions for software and data problems
Qualification
Required
