Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision is responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of computer applications
This includes, interfacing with departments to understand complex business requirements and to develop solutions by creating new and maintaining existing applications, reports, procedure, database query and reporting tools
Acts as a mentor to fellow programmers as needed
Advanced programming skills developing applications utilizing Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL server including the development and maintenance of all database objects
Experience developing complex reports using reporting tools like Pentaho, Ghostdraft and/or Crystal Reports for a large user base
Knowledge of OnBase configuration management and workflow development
Ability to communicate well with end users and offer solutions for software and data problems
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Windows, and the Internet
Qualification
