Program Management Coordinator, Cradle Cincinnati
Cincinnati Children's is dedicated to improving children's health and is seeking a Program Management Coordinator for Cradle Cincinnati's Queens Village program. This role focuses on community outreach, engagement, and marketing efforts to build relationships and increase participation in initiatives aimed at supporting Black families and birthing people.

Responsibilities
Serve as a connector and trusted presence between Cradle Cincinnati/Queens Village and Black families, birthing people, and community stakeholders
Build awareness of and participation in Queens Village initiatives through 1:1 engagement, follow-up, and word-of-mouth networks
Coordinate and support street teams, flyer distribution, and text campaigns to expand grassroots outreach
Support the Senior Marketing Specialist in managing QV marketing calendar and content creation
Collaborate with staff and community members to develop storytelling posts, reels, graphics, and event recaps that reflect the voices and experiences of Black women and families
Support the creation of branded flyers, graphics, and outreach materials to support QV campaigns, events, and wellness programs
Manage QV’s Eventbrite platform for event registration, descriptions, and participant follow-up
Develop QV Newsletter strategy and send out monthly village, Board and periodic special newsletters
Support logistics for community events including The Queens Village Wellness Journey, including site prep, vendors, registration, outreach, and follow-up
Support the recruitment and engagement of participants in Queens Village offerings
Assist with data collection and storytelling from events, including testimonials, photos, and survey responses
Represent Queens Village and Cradle Cincinnati in public events, media, and community partnerships
Support planning, evaluation, and strategic storytelling tied to QV program goals
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and internal planning sessions
Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards
Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Occasional evening and weekend work required for community events
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
Strong relationship-building skills with an understanding of culturally responsive engagement in Black communities
Passionate about Black maternal health, community voice, and the power of storytelling and connection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in digital platforms (Instagram, Canva, Eventbrite, etc.), with a creative eye for content and branding
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Knowledge of social media strategy, grassroots organizing, and community-centered design is a plus
Preferred
Familiarity with Queens Village or similar birth equity or Black-women-led organizing preferred
