ASLPM is leading a multi-billion-dollar expansion program at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. They are seeking highly experienced, PMP-certified Project Managers to manage complex vertical aviation projects, focusing on MEP/IT/FP/BAS or Structure/Architectural disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive management (budget, schedule, scope, quality) for one of the most complex vertical aviation projects in the country
Proactively manage all contractual obligations, including major change orders, claims, RFI/Submittal processes, and adherence to the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
Serve as the primary liaison between the Airport Project Manager (APM), design teams, and a vast array of stakeholders (airlines, operations, city departments)
Conduct detailed analysis of project cost reports (eCAPRIS) and technical requirements, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget
Oversee the project close-out phase, ensuring successful turnover of all records, including As-Built Drawings and O&M Manuals

Required

15+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry, managing complex infrastructure projects
Demonstrated experience managing a complete Concourse buildout at an active, commercial airport
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (must have or be obtained within 9 months of hire)
Deep expertise in either MEP/IT/FP/BAS systems or Structural/Architectural vertical disciplines
Proficiency in project controls software including Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and risk management skills in a live operations environment
