Responsibilities

Collaborating on project management for a comprehensive new partner development program that integrates training programs, executive coaching sessions, practice-based cohort meetings, practice planning sessions, and office-based social gatherings
Coordinating partner development events and meetings, including scheduling programs, assisting with cohort assignments, sending calendar invitations and reminders, collaborating with internal and external resources, arranging technology support, tracking RSVP counts, and providing other logistical assistance
Collaborating on materials for partner development and coaching programs, including PowerPoint presentations, resource guides, and marketing materials
Assisting with tracking, analysis, and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data related to partner development and coaching programs
Responding to questions and other communications from partners, associates, and other stakeholders related to partner development and coaching initiatives
Serving as a general administrative resource to the Professional Development team and assisting with other team initiatives as needed

Required

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills paired with a positive, welcoming, and service-oriented attitude

Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills. Must be able to tailor written work product to the appropriate audience
Ability to work effectively with staff and attorneys at all levels of the Firm
Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and ability to self-direct
Established project management, program design, and event planning experience
Demonstrated ability to make continued progress on long-term projects
Four-year college degree required
Must meet minimum testing requirements
Strong skills in MS Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrated proficiency in Excel

Preferred

A minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience is preferred
