Junior Service Desk Technician

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing intake for calls, creating tickets, and delivering timely notifications
Answer inquiries via phone, email, and system requests, document solutions using SOPs, and support tasks like shipping equipment, updating mobility info, and organizing storerooms
Assist with laptop resets, mailing peripherals, tracking packages, and other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and IT tools
Ability to follow SOPs and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with shipping processes and asset tracking is a plus
