Obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams
Learning foundational skills needed to be an advisor, such as client relationship management and financial guidance
Working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions
Building a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor
Progressing through the stages of development within the Advisor Development Program
Qualification
Required
