Responsibilities
Define and execute the Americas-specific roadmap for community features and growth
Articulate a clear vision for how OD will evolve to serve financial services professionals in Americas Region, incorporating insights on regional trends and cross-industry best practices
Design features and programs that resonate with finance professionals
Implement creative engagement strategies such as gamification, interactive content, and exclusive regional events to enhance participation and loyalty
Own the user growth strategy for Americas, aligned with global product vision
Develop initiatives to onboard professionals across major financial hubs (e.g., New York, Toronto, Chicago) and convert them into engaged members using organic and targeted outreach
Collaborate with global product teams to develop community-centric features tailored for American users
Ensure seamless integration with existing tools and innovate using regional insights
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to translate community vision into product features and go-to-market plans
Foster partnerships with regional industry associations, influencers, and academic institutions for mutual growth
Establish KPIs for community health and growth in Americas
Use analytics and feedback to inform product decisions and report on regional success
Inspire and influence teams to achieve ambitious goals
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment and success across diverse markets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building active online communities with features like gamification and user-generated content
Expertise in analyzing product metrics and user feedback to inform improvements
Creative mindset with awareness of engagement trends across industries
Significant experience in financial services with understanding of front, middle, and back-office functions
Deep understanding of American financial services landscape and collaboration platforms
5–10+ years in product management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior role
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to handle ambiguity, and strong user advocacy
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences across America
