They are seeking driven Inside Sales Representatives to generate new business and nurture customer relationships, playing a key role in customer acquisition and growth in the solar market.

Responsibilities

Contact warm leads and local homeowners who may beneﬁt from solar solutions

Respond promptly to inbound leads and assess customer solar needs

Review electrical usage and utility bills to recommend appropriate system solutions

Quality leads based on interest level, decision-making ability, and ﬁnancial readiness

Schedule appointments with qualiﬁed prospects for Area Sales Managers (ASMs)

Accurately log lead activity, notes, and status updates in the CRM

Own the lead process from initial contact through ﬁnal disposition

Support ASMs with proposal development and follow-up as directed

Identify and recommend ways to improve appointment-setting performance
