Responsibilities

Execute the commercial strategy and drive sales of NIQ’s measurement solutions across assigned accounts and target prospects
Clearly articulate NIQ’s value proposition and product use cases to decision makers, tailoring messages to client context and the Beauty & Health portfolio
Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust pipeline consistent with NIQ’s growth strategy; accurately forecast pipeline health, upside, risk, and expected close dates in line with sales cycle norms
Achieve sales quota consistent with NIQ margin goals and delivery expectations
Serve as the Account Leader for large, strategic clients within the Beauty & Health vertical—owning the operating plan, governance model, and relationship strategy
Build and manage the operating plan and account-level financial performance, tracking revenue, profitability, and overall account health
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with clients and drive internal alignment plans for Sales and Practice teams to ensure coordinated execution
Represent the voice of the customer to internal product development, product marketing, communications, and delivery teams
Identify, shape, and activate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that advance client strategies and NIQ revenue targets
Lead negotiations and manage client contracts, ensuring successful deals and renewals
Develop strategies for clients within the Beauty & Health vertical—codifying executive-ready win themes, key insights, and decision frameworks that position NIQ as a trusted advisor
Maintain and deepen C‑suite and senior-level relationships across multiple client stakeholders, securing influence and trust
Oversee delivery of analytics and solutions through NIQ consulting teams; ensure outcomes are timely, high-quality, and aligned to stated client objectives
Lead the overall RFP process for strategic accounts, orchestrating compelling, differentiated proposals that reflect client needs and NIQ’s unique capabilities
Coach and guide on-site and virtual client consulting teams to deliver high-value analytics and insights that drive decisions and outcomes
Serve as a matrixed lead, coordinating across Sales, Practice Areas, Product, Finance, and Delivery to align efforts with client goals
Partner with NIQ Thought Leaders to curate content, case studies, and POVs that elevate client relationships and position NIQ to win with senior decision-makers
Represent NIQ externally via executive presentations, conferences, industry forums, and client workshops—showcasing NIQ capabilities and cultivating new opportunities
Weave client-specific insights, industry dynamics, and thought leadership into conversations to build context and clarity for the outcomes NIQ solutions deliver
Manage account-level financials and develop ROI-based recommendations that connect NIQ solutions to measurable business impact
Continuously grow consultative selling skills; demonstrate deep understanding of category, channel, and macro trends in Beauty & Health and evolving C‑suite priorities
Own cross-functional relationships and serve as a subject matter expert for your accounts and partners in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Required

10+ years of consultative selling experience within market research, CPG manufacturing, and/or retail
Demonstrated ability to develop deep relationships with C‑suite clients and senior stakeholders
Proven success delivering sales results, including pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation, and closing complex deals
Experienced in scoping and developing proposals, RFP leadership, and negotiation strategies
Ability to synthesize NIQ and external data sources to generate actionable insights and communicate them clearly and compellingly
Excellent sales pipeline management with a track record of predictability and consistency
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Familiarity with NIQ solutions, applications, and platforms is a plus
Expertise in OTC & Healthcare verticals is a strong plus
